Initiate Your Request

Log into your Vevo Mobile account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Device

Factory reset your device to remove all personal data and security locks, then securely pack the item in its original box with all included cables and manuals.

Ship the Package

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
